About The Longevity Reality Radar
An independent tracker of 46 longevity and cure approaches across 10 disease areas. Each one is placed on an evidence ladder by what has been shown in people, graded on the strength of that evidence, and given a one-line verdict.
Why it exists
Longevity and cure claims travel fast and are often sold before they are shown to work. The radar keeps a dated, public record of where each approach actually stands, and says "no outcome data" when that is the case.

Independence and money
The site takes no advertising and no money from supplement, device or pharmaceutical companies. Nobody on this site sells a protocol or a product, and there are no affiliate links. A paid report, The Longevity Reality Report, is planned at 29 EUR; if the funding model ever changes, it will be stated on this page first.
Corrections
Mistakes and downgrades are logged publicly with dates on the change log. Grades are open to challenge on the evidence.
Not medical advice
Entries describe evidence and stage. They do not tell you what to take or stop taking. Verify anything here with a clinician who knows your history.
