Retatrutide
Retatrutide (triple GIP/GLP-1/glucagon agonist). Diabetes & metabolic. Reviewed Jul 2026.
Top doses cut body weight by about 28 to 30% in trials, but outcome trials are still running and it is not approved.
What it is
A next-generation incretin hitting three metabolic receptors at once — the most potent weight-loss agent yet reported.
The evidence
Phase 2 / interim Phase 3: highest-dose participants lost ~28–30% of body weight over ~80 weeks (avg ~70 lbs), with ~45% losing 30%+. Phase 3 outcome trials ongoing.
What you can do today
Outside a registered clinical trial, this is not something you can responsibly get. If it is relevant to you, the route is a trial: ask your specialist, or search a trial registry such as ClinicalTrials.gov for studies you may qualify for.
